Default Turbo Sizing Question

Ok, im building a 383 for my Sonoma GT, and want to run a single remote mount turbo setup that im gonna custom build. Im going to try and use stock truck manifolds and build my own y-pipe into the turbo and then a single 3.5 or 4in exhaust down the passenger side of the truck all the way to the back and out the right rear side in the stock location.

Im using a 5.3 truck block bored to 3.905 with a 4in crank, i have some 243 heads and will be running E85 exclusively and either me or Nelson will be doing the tuning. I dont really have a power goal in mind, and was thinking about keeping the boost to around 15-18 PSI max, so i know it will make plenty of power. Intercooler will be a big water to air setup.

Thanks for the help.
