Default Tuned By FLACO

Well I went and had Flaco Tune my 97 and it put down decent numbers. Or I feel they are decent.

Mods Are:
1997 C1500 5.7 Vortec
0411 PCM
Whipple Super Charger
36# Injectors
255 Walbro
2 Bar Map
Long Tubes , True Duals, X-Pipe
Accel Coil
TR6 Plugs
CAM
BeeHive Springs

Stock Trans
3:42 gears - 275/60/15 Tire

Put down 324 to the wheels @ 5# of boost
He said close to 450 in torque

Now I am working on getting my trans built and maybe 4:10's ???

Would 4:10s be the way to go ??

just saying he tuned it! Thought I'd share! Is that so much of a problem? He's a hell of a Tuner and a nice guy, just sharing my experience and asked about some gears

Flaco tuned my truck. Put down 642 to the wheels. Drivability was a world of difference better over the N/A tune. No surging, trying to fkn die when turning, etc.

I would not go 4.10s, if it was my truck. I'd try going with a shorter tire. You have the low end with the PD blower.

Not sure how the trans is still alive
