Default TSP 220/220 cam and springs

Looking into the TSP 220/220 lSA 114 for my 5.3. Everyone on forums keep talking about the same cam with around .581 lift, all I can seem to find is .600 and the springs im looking at getting are the Pac 1218's which claim max is .600. So my question is if I get that cam am I pushing it with them springs and if so what do you recomend?
THank you

This is what TSP told me...I ordered the springs that came with their kit....

The .581" lift was a Comp cam with Comp lobes. The .600" lift is our new TSP cam on our own lobes. We started grinding cams in house now. The result is going to be a softer ramp rate (easier on springs and less valve-train noise) and it will make a slight bit more HP with the increased lift.
