Default True duals or Cat-back system?

I've got my eye on some TOG headers (getting them for sure) and I was thinking about a catback from Magnaflow. What if I put on true duals w/stock cats and 22" Magnaflows. Would it be alot louder than the catback system. Performance-wise, would they be noticably different?

Thanks, Jay

i went true duals with a x-pipe and didnt really feel it that much stronger, i have midlenghts also, its making me run lean during part throttle like +10, sometimes iwish i would have just gone a single 3.. i guess a tune would benefit it more..

sound of the magnaflows is awesome though.. beats blowmasters sound..

I think a nelson tune would cure the rich problem and compliment your mods better than the hypertech. How is the sound vs stock? A lot louder?

Nice truck BTW!

I put ASM headers, true duals with Magnaflows (14" length), and deleted the cats on my truck about a month ago. It pulls much harder in the lower RPMs and throughout the rest of the powerband. It also sounds so much better than it did before with only a Flowdisaster muffler with a turndown. Its not too loud at idle or normal cruising, but it sounds really loud and nasty when you get on it. I would definitely recommend LT headers and true duals to anyone who's thinking about changing their exhaust setup.

I have true duals with flowmasters. I also have Gibson headers. It sounds better than stock. I just recentaly cut off my tailpipes and its really loud now.
It sounds like you all dont like flowmasters. Whats wrong with them?
I have 2 on my truck.

Nothing wrong with Flow-Master. I've had them on trucks before. I've just read a lot of posts here that praise the Magnaflow over the Flow-Master.
