I ran mine out of the headers straight back over the trans crossmember passenger side into cat, drivers side into cat then crossover at about 45 degree angle to meet passenger side then into x pipe then into two xr-1 mufflers dumped over the axle.

Yeah, with a 2wd you can get over the crossmember and head over to the passenger side after that. With a 4wd (unless you are Trever1t) you need to crossover at the transmission.

I have 3" true duals with custom X-over after the cats into 2 individual Magnaflow's (not sure which model, but they're big...I had them lying around from the OEM replacement catback I did)...drivers side goes over rr axle and around the spare to have both exit out the back...see my photobucket for a sound clip and a few pix...not really happy with the rear exit and lookin to make a change. I'm playin with the idea of old style side pipes under the rockers...

Thats a very nice looking truck! Thats basically what im planning on doing but I have found a model of flowmaster that has 2 in and 2 out ports for about $115 and I can get the local shop to run the pipe fairly cheap.
