Hey Mark, ya its the same Alex from CAFC. My truck runs just how you described it, it embarrising how slow it is, I gotta get this fixed right away because who knows when some needs to get their ford blow away Im gonna try and get a scanner from my buddy who works at a dealership and see whats going on. What really gets me is that it doesnt do it all the time but that would explain the wire bouncing around if this is the problem. Damn it would be nice to have a garage right now so I could screw with this thing, no bargin working in 2 degree weather.

Crap, I hear you about the weather thing. All of my modding is totally on hold from ~Thanksgiving to ~Easter.

I can meet up with you tomorrow after work (after 5:30 or so) if you need me to? I work at the junction of Rt.9 and 495. It looks like I'm about 45 minutes (not counting traffic) from your area. Is the truck driveable to an easy to find area in your town?

I already got a good missfire "config" setup in my HPTuners here. Everything should be just plug and play...

Ya unfortunatley this is my daily driver so I have been taking it easy on her, just goes to my school about 5 miles away then to work about another 5 miles. I have to work tommorow night but Im not sure what time. I will let you know after I get home from school because I have a half day (damn mid terms ) I will post up. Rt.128 is 2 miles from my house and there is a stop and shop there that would be good. Hopefully you are able to see this at work.

Well its like evey day something comes up. I am leaving to go with my buddy to go to vermont for his snowmobile race, I thought we were leaving later at night but I guess not. The truck has not been missfiring the past day, but the throttle response sucks, it does move pretty well when you floor it though. My truck is gonna be in his garage all weekend so it will get a break for once. Im gonna order a new set of msd wires for the 8.1 they just came out with, as this is probably half my problem that I put a set of ls1 truck msd wires which are sort of stretched out. Mark if I dont get this problem sorted out by next week I will give you a holler.
