Default Truck Problem

Hey guys,

I have a 2001 4.8L Silverado. It has recently started acting funny and I'm wondering what it is. When it isdles or when you turn the steering wheel or something it makes this high-pitched rattle sound??? I can't figure out what it is? I have an aftermarket exhaust on it, but I had it put on professionally so I don't see where that could be messing up. Any ideas? Thanks!

my high pitch rattle was an 02 sensor. just something to check out. best thing to do is to get someone in the truck to crank around on the wheel and open your ears. if you cant find it that way get a long breaker bar/peice of metal pipe/rebar or something long and metal. whenever its rattling put the bottom end on solid parts around the truck and put your ear to the other end of the bar and it will amplify the sound through the bar. move it around until it gets louder and eventually youll find the problem. BE CAREFULL AROUND THE BELTS!
