Definitely not an accessories issue. Tomorrow I'll try to pull the starter and check the flexplate.

Could be. Wouldnt hurt to check the level and fluid condition.

If the filters clogged it could cause a whine.

Very true, been a while since ive done a lot of transmission work. Stabbing in dark over video makes it hard to tell anyway

Kinda sounds like the bendix might have broken in the starter and it's staying engaged to the flywheel. It would make that horrible noise I heard at the end of the video.
