Default Truck intake

Ive been threw 4 thousand post searching for the thread where a guy smoothed the truck intake.

for my application i have to take off two of the towers that support the cover for Clarence issues,wondering if i can take a cut off wheel to um....and not have a gaping hole on the top of my intake.

anyone save that thread where he smoothed all the towers off of it?

any links help advise will be greatly appreciated.

I did mine. However be advised, this is somewhat tedious and time consuming, but cosmeticly a drastic improvement over stock
