So that must rule out the tuning right there. We had to wait a good 10-20 minutes in between runs to keep the IATs down which is crazy to me. I am using tr-6 plugs on the truck right now at .035 gap which is fine for most supercharged apps. You have to look at the fact that a charge is very unstable at that temp.

The thing that is most important to look at is the fact that I am 60 HP improvment from the last time we were on the dyno and with a larger pulley making less boost. So this is what leads me to believe that maybe the cats or the stock y-pipe are restrictive. Plus the fact that the truck would make more power when I took the O2 out of the pipe helps too. A heat soaked engine will only make what it can. I am not about to blow up anyones motor, so if someone else would like tune away on this truck, feel free.

Could the exhaust restriction be some of the cause of the higher than normal IAT's??
So it seems that an Xpipe, no cats, larger heat exchanger, and maybe meth injection would make a huge improvement.
Do you think that even colder plugs would help?

my procharged 5.7 liked remote cutouts vs. a 3 inch catback system. Picked up 3-5 tenths if I remember right. I bet your truck would like a drop in backpressure too.
