New mods since last dyno:
TOG's
Magnaflow exhaust from cat back
3.6 to a 3.25 pulley
new Volant airbox
e-fans
180 t-stat
custom tune
Old dyno results: 370 rwhp 390 rwtq with these mods
3.6 pulley
old volant
flowmaster shitty exhaust
Shooting for 420rwhp. I think I may be wishing on a star though.

Im back and have less than desirable results. 358 rwhp and 398 rwtq. The only thing I could think of is the 80 degree weather and 170 IAT's. I think I have the old heat exchanger and going to try have a new one fabbed up.
The truck is faster, but the numbers dont show it. Its really frustrating me, but that is life i guess.
Another wierd thing, the truck started misfiring at 5400 rpm preventing it from reaching 6000., where most peak horsepower is made.
The tuner also said that the exhuast may be to restrictive and that it was practically blowing the o2 sensor out of the tailpipe. My exhaust is nothing special, just a 18" Magnaflow 3" in/3" out with 3" piping. I dont think it is the exhaust though.
Any opinions?
