Default Truck acting funny

Well, it's pretty cold out right now and my truck is not acting normal (truck in sig). This isn't the first time I have driven it in the cold, but when I tried to start it today, I turned it over for a second like normal and let off, but it didn't start. This was my falt because i'm used to it starting faster and it was cold out. Then I immediately tried again (maybe a second later) and it started in half a second. But then as I started driving it, as the throttle went up the oil PSI went up as well. I'm not sure if that's normal (I'm still a noob ) but last time I drove it I remember the oil PSI stayed the same no matter the rpm. And at about 2500-3000 rpm it was nearly at 80 PSI, what's wrong?

Oil pressure rises with RPM's its not to uncommon to to max it out at 80 especially if you just changed the oil. Do you let it run and get warmed up before you drive it?

you'll have a lot of oil pressure when it's cold, that's normal
