Well after doing all kinds of work, i was completely stumped, I talked to the guys at RC engineering for a little bit, and one guy suggested to just try and reload the program into the PCM. For some reason it fixed it. Problem solved, thanks guys
Can't live with 'em, can't live without 'em (at least I can't, it's what I owe my living to 
).
