the bad thing is i don't have any idea of how hard you have been on the trany, and i have no idea of it's treatment from the guy before you,
if it changed out at 60,000 and you have 118 on it now it is time for another filter and fluid change, check out the fluid and the filter for any and i mean any peaces of the clutch pack, no matter how small, from what your saying it sounds like standerd clutch wear for that many miles on it,

thanks dan. id be a lot harder on it if the computer didnt intervene so often,the guy before me did a good amount of towing with it, and the guy before him.. who knows. ill look into having that done as soon as possilble. all of your responses have been appreciated.

check out your solinoids(sp) to in the valve body...
sometimes they go bad, and will cause the trans to shift wierd.
but if it's slipping then theres a good chance your clutches are going... I would get it checked out.
