Default trans settings lowered my boost??????

I am running a 10lb pulley on my whipple. the other day i changed some of the trans settings via HPtuners. Now, the truck is much more responsive and feels a lot better, but, i can't get the boost over 5lbs. WTF?

No thoughts on this guys? should i post it somewhere else? It's very strange. the truck feels MUCH stronger, but, the boost is MUCH lower on the gauge. maybe i have a leak somewhere in the little tube that runs the gauge.

I dont think it has to do with the shift settings, especially with a twin screw. Something else has to be going on. Have you checked the bypass valve? Sounds like its stuck open.
