Default trans gauge

i plan on getting the autometer sport comp trans temp gauge for my truck. it says it includes: 1/8" electric sender, 3/8" and 1/2" NPT fittings. my question is that with this hardware included, will i be able to hook it up and/or is there something else that i should need. thanks...
