i am about 75% sure i have done all i can do but thought i would ask. here is an atap of my shift, it feels just like it looks, look at the rpms going into 2nd. it takes 1.5sec to finish the shift, just kind of slides into 2nd.

so far i have cut the shift times in half, they were around .3 and now they are at .15
i put the "force motor" current down to 0 at WOT, that is suppose to be full presure
zeroed out the "upshift torque reduction" chart
the only chart i havn't messed with is "base presure vs torque" the numbers in there go from 0 at low torque up to around 80 at 320ft/lbs, i have no idea what this chart does.

Mine does the same thing on the 1-2 shift. At first I thought it was TM or a slipping trans, but now I'm not sure. If you want, watch that video I posted last week on my track run and listen to the 1-2 shift, its slooooowwww. I haven't had time to do ANY tuning on my truck in the last month. I cant wait to have some free time.

Sorry, just read your other post. Traction control! Do the 03's have a button on the dash to disable it?

uh....mine is a REALLY FAST shift, I can contact Seth at Cmotorsports and see if he will e-mail me my Edit file so you can look at it if you want parish (you and I now have the same engine/tranny combo so it might help you)....I can also get a sound clip and video of the shift if you want
let me know...

Are you sure you don't have that one backwards?
Have you thought about a shift kit?
