Does know if this will help
On the older body style trucks - the same thing happened
There was a TSB about it
If you removed the drive shaft - then filled the rear of the
yoke (about .5 to 1" )(not the entire thing)
with a heavy grease like cv grease -
the bump will go away.
I did it to many trucks
Supposedly on rapid decel the output shaft and yoke
come to rest in a slight bind - the bump is the yoke after the brake
is released.
Dont know if this true for these trucks - but worked for me on the OBS.
FYI

That lube does work but I heard it doesnt do the transfer case clutches any good when it gets hot and mixes with the fluid. I would say it needs a nickle plated slip
yoke to correct the famous bump/clunk.

Maybe 375hp before the 3-4 pack goes. If you don't slip the clutches or band, you'll begin to break internals in short order with hard launches.

Well considering you're pretty much stock w/ a few bolt-ons, get a TransGo and servos in there to see how long it'll last. I bet a long time.

I'm going to see how far a TransGo + billets can take a stock internal 4L60E. I have NO TqMgt and it's fine still...granted I dont' have a lot of power but I'm not stock either.
