Trailblazer Octane?

Hey, any of you guys have an owners manual (mine did not come with used TB), if so what is the factory recommended octane. I am getting some pretty loud spark knock this summer with 87.

mine calls for 87 but i am getting a little knock at around 70mph plus at wot. i am considering jumping up to 89. also, watch your fuel pump, i think mine is about to die on me.
