My truck is lowered 4" in the rear. The leaf springs are stock, but I think that given that the suspension is now much tighter it will therefor prevent a lot of hop.

If I am thinking right... the universal bars will do okay. Basically, its a metal brace that is held on the leaf springs by two u-bolts.... its not as good as a caltrax setup, but can't hurt.
