Default Tr224 Lsa

i've decided to get the tr224 for my ecsb and i'm trying to figure out which lsa i should go for. i understand that the 112 will give better midrange and a better sounding idle over the 114. my problem is the truck is a daily driver and i'm not trying to deal with emissions issues and crap gas mileage. any opinions on the matter would be a big help. thanks in advance,

112 lsa will be a lumpy idle and will need to be tuned.

114 lsa will be close to a stock idle and probably better for daily driving use.....

My suggestion if you have a few extra dollars, which is tough to come by sometime....I would get yourself a cheap reliable daily driver that is good on gas and go with the 112 lsa. You gas mileage is going to decrease with your cam swap cuz you will have a hard time keeoing you foot out of it!!!!!

i can keep my foot out it (i hope). i was just wondering if there was a noticeable difference in mpg between the two lsa's. i live rhode island and the emissions test is just a sniffer test. i will be installing asm long tubes with electric cutouts at the same time and will definately have it tuned. am i going to have to pay someone off to get this thing inspected?

check out the tr220, or a high lift 216/220 just for comparison...those will probably fit your stall/weight better.

your gonna have crap for gas mileage anyway its a TRUCK

go with the 112 it will perform better and make for better ET's especially with the stock intake. dont worry about inspection unless your in fuckedornia

i put down 340/340 to the wheels with the tr220 running on a mail order tune.
i'd figure somewhere's around there.
