Default Torque Converter

If I installed a yank 2600 stall converter, about how much time would I shave off of my 0-60 and 1/4 mile time? Also having this torque converter, would it hurt or put strain on my drivetrain or on my engine over time, because isn't the engine running at higher rpms during daily driving, because I herd that rpms is what kills engines over time?! Please give me some insight! Thanks

I would'nt even attempt it without a lift and transmission jack.Shop around for a shop that will quote a decent price about $250 to $3oo for the install.
