Default timebomb or tracking signal..?

I got asm long tube headers installed yesterday. Thanks to Express Muffler in Memphis.I already had the 2 chamber flo with a glass pack in fromt to kill the drone, but I couldn't retain the cats. The instructions say weld flang to cat,but it put them at the cross-member.My projects useually go this way so I ordered simm's from a catalog well there cavaliers are fast. anyway it sound's very racy and two people today asked what muff's? they liked it, I don't.So tonight Ive got it ideling in the drive and I am under it looking for a place to put anouther muffler and I see a flashing red light. It's small and right under my seat so I squeeze my head and shouldersunder my nurf bar and get a look at... my post cat simms, both sides flashing. Is this nornal? A inspection worker would find it easy at night.Or is the muffler man helping my wife track me.No she'd use a bomb. Jim
