Default Throttle Pos. Sensor Voltage Adjustable?

Is there any way to adjust the TPS voltage up or down without edit. I thought I saw this a while back in a post but I can't find it.

loosen the sensor screws and move it left or right,You will nedd an MM

Won't i need to slot the screw holes in the sensor?
