everyone i need to know, do throttle body spacers work or not?

i have heard many different things and i want to know......

please help!

probably won't gain anything you would notice. But if you drill and tap it and install a nitrous nozzle it will really work.

didnt notice the year of his truck...i have absolutely no clue how those motors respond to mods.

They actually work on a Carb engine...but on the EFI "old school" engines they may produce 3 horsepower and absolutely no torque.

They work great as a Nitrous Plate!

well i'm thinking it's not worth the $150 dollars then, so i guess i'll hold off on the spacer....

If you have a carb or throttle body injection, couldn't you just make your own spacer out of metal or plastic? You could save yourself alot of money.
