everyone i need to know, do throttle body spacers work or not?

i have heard many different things and i want to know......

please help!

Throttle body injection or multi-port injection? On throttle body injection you have a better chance of seeing any power gains. On multi-port injection, no gains.

i don't know, whatever a 92 GMC sierra 5.7 has on it.
