yeah i have a TB spacer on my intake but that was required for the TB i'm running. i've got a 85mm TB and it's so much larger than stock that i had to have a spacer but it does nothing but whistle. later on i plan on porting it for nitrous but other than that, pointless.

if you do want to keep the spacer just cut a little corner of the fan don't cut to much you could throw the fan off balance but just a little won't hurt i did it to a 2000 silvy that i had and it never gave me any problems, but save your self the trouble don't put it on. Leave it off it will work as a weight reduction

+1, you can trim the fan shroud a little like i had to for my K&N FIPK, but youd be better off throwing it out the window.
P.S.- when you throw it out the window, take my Jet MAF with you. huge waste of money.

The funny thing about all of us saying these things are useless and that JET MAF, i remember when "chevy high performance" had that truck craze for a while and did a series of JET products on an 05'chevy silverado 5.3. i remember them saying they gained a bunch of power with the MAF and they did a TB spacer. Only thing else they did was the programmer.
