those of you who have swapped cams/springs...

did you actually check install height for the new springs and make necessary adjustments, or did you just pull and replace? just curious how many people here actually do/did it right.

i just pulled and replaced with the LS6 springs... The PRC duals that i have now came with the heads...

did you have the heads on it when you brought it to the dyno day over in Saginaw?

nope stock heads and a 222/224 cam..

Michael, the adjustment is in the height of the spring versus the "install" height of the valve... sometimes shimming may be needed to make the heights meet.
