Default Thorley tri-y's on NNBS 4x4?

I've been looking into putting headers on my 07 NNBS ecsb 4x4 vmax truck. I'm not looking to spend $1,000+ especially since it isn't a race truck. I'm mainly just looking for more usable power for dd'ing the truck and possibly better mpg's. From what I've read, the Thorley tri-y's are the best option for a heavy dd. I understand I need pn #310-yc for the 99-01 trucks and they go on easier with a pre-05 y-pipe as the cats are far enough back. I have access to an 05 y-pipe and I do my own tuning. So my question is will these headers with an 05 y-pipe work on my NNBS 4x4 6.0? Thanks in advance guys!

I'm interested in this as well. Would like to run the tri y's on my 10 rcsb 5.3 4x4. Anyonr with experience feel free to add to the conversation. I'm looking at part number THY-310Y-1-C. It's listed as a direct fit, but my searches turn up empty as far as anyone trying them.

I have the tri-y's on my NBS

When I bought them, inside the box was a receipt from the manufacturer that said they were for 99-08 Silverado 4.8/5.3/6.0 2wd & 4wd

I think I still have the receipt at home, I'll report later if I find it.

It's for the long tubes, I have the packing slip in my hands as I type.

It literally says "Description: Header, TRI-Y, GM, 1999-08, 4.8L-6.2L, P/UP, 2/4WD (LEGAL FOR 1999-01 ONLY), Part Number THY-310Y-C"

That said, I've never read if someone tried to fit them in a NNBS.

Really? Thats great that they list the long tubes as fitting up to an 08. But what about using an 05 y-pipe on an 07+ truck?

I just got a reply from Thorley headers about my inquiry. I basically asked if the 310y-1-c will fit my 2010 RCSB 5.3 4x4. Here's the response from Nick at Thorley:

The 310y-1-c will be a direct bolt on application for your truck. It consists of the set of ceramic coated long tubes as well as a new y-pipe which connects to your factory exhaust. Our y-pipe eliminates the cats but there is ample room to install them in the system if needed.

Thanks

Good to know, and they offer an y pipe now?

Too bad they'll be too small for my setup once I install the TVS, but still better than stock manifolds I guess
