Thinking about Mustang 5.0 Cam Specs for 5.3L Vortec

I DD my '02 with a 3800 yank, 4l80e, and 4.30's out back on a 28" tire, I say go with the 4,000 and give her hell!!!

Now that's what I'm talkin about. This is why I love this forum. Just when you think everyone is beatin the **** out of you and your idea, you get some positive encouragement.

I think the 4000 stall idea sounds good, and after speaking with Chris this morning at Circle D about the cam specs and the converter, I think she'll come out just fine.

Chris did mention that he could build me a 4000 stall on a 4C multi-disk converter (thats 245mm), and said it should work out just fine with daily driving, be awesome at the track, and would be super easy to tune on the dyno.

I think that about wraps it up. Looks like I'll need to start thinking about a SIG for this forum.

Yea, dont be scared of a big *** stall, they are not all loose as hell, mine is kinda tight but theres a reason for that!
