Nice. Made same decision after adding up what it would cost to reach goal with an oe block, dart block only added about 1k for a lot more headroom, priority oiling, 6bolt.

Thanks. I trust my builder to get it put together right and my current AFR heads will work so there's a little scratch saved there.

Turns out, and it pains me to say this, the only thing wrong with the motor was two chipped plugs and a plug wire that was too short and kept vibrating off. Looks like I'll be spending all that " new build" money on a new AR at the gun show and some parts for the ProCharger setup. I know...shame. 😋

Just the motor trying to run on 5 cylinders. Better safe than sorry...

I was let down.
Yeah, but with the wife just retiring, I was a little relieved I didn't have to put a ton of cash into the truck just now. She'll get plenty of use out of the current build until I make a change later on.
