does the 05 4.8 thermostat include the waterneck or is it just a plain thermostat???? i have heard and read that 99-03 include the neck, which make it like $50 and 04-up dont, which would make them like $5-$15?!! am i right or wrong

FYI. Don't change to a 160* T-stat unless you have forced induction. The 160* t-stat net me no gains and took away 1 mpg on average.
If you just have to change out your t-stat (there are no gains by doing this) at minimum use a 180* stat. Trust me, you will get worse gas mileage.
