Like Crazy said I ordered the Torquer V.2 on a 113 LSA. If for whatever reason this cam doesnt work to its ability oh well. Ill have to make some changes. The only thing now that concerns me at all is my convertor. Its about split down the middle with people who think I need more convertor and people who think I have enough. If I do need more convertor Im lucky enough to have a extremely good hook up locally for convertors or trannys for that matter. So Ill keep my results updated. Its going in Friday a week.

3400 is minimum i would use. like said i run a 3800 with my setup and it drives normal for the "most" part. good luck with that setup but you will need compression and you can run 918 springs.i run them and no issues yet and i spun up to 7500rpms a few times. also set your shift points at 6700-6800 mine are set at 6500 and they are alittle low

my vote is for the lower 112 lsa also.

Everything Ive read says swapping a 5.3 head onto an ls1 nets at least 11:1 not considering any milling that might be done. Sounds like a nice setup.

Any plans for the bigger valves or porting on the heads

Thats another thing. I will have some LS6 heads on in about a month or so. Like the TSP's witha valve job or even the Stage 2 Dart LS6's. Should turn out nicely. My truck runs strong right now with the fairly small(for LS1) 212/218 so Im excited what this bigger cam will do.
