Ok guys cant decide I know it probably comes down to personal preference but even at that im still not 100% sure what to do. Im in between a radix/procharger or a turbo setup. 6.0 that is currently bone stock but the mods are just starting-I want to have a daily driver where driveability isnt an issue but still be able to put down at least 500rwhp with all mods i want to do. I also over time want the truck to be a 10 sec monster like what parish is right now. Like I said over time not all at once like I did on my camaro then got bored with it not to mention the fact I was broke for a while after dumping almost 13k in the car-but it was worth the money spent and all the long installs etc.

I just dont know if i like the way it makes the exhaust sound with the STS. Maybe its just me or maybe it was just a bad sound clip on the website. Turbos do sound awesome when spooling up.

Go edit your post to say you want to reach 10s in the 1/4. It will make a difference in what people end up choosing in your poll.

You will need well over 500rwhp to get there in a 5000lb truck. I am only trapping 110mpg and running low 12s and that says I should be making 545rwhp as is.

Here are a couple sound clips of my truck at wot with the GT67, no muffler, gutted cats etc. IMO not the coolest sounding but I am working on figuring out how to muffle the engine noise but keep the turbo sound.. muffler before the turbo most likely.

Pro-Bush and Pro-STS. I think that any setup including a turbo will be the best bet. Of corse hitting your goals in a two wheel drive will be a task. there will need to be a huge emphasis on the reear suspension when trying to planting that much power. Then again a dual stage boost controler could be invaluable for those track nights when you throw on the drag radials.

I think a big F1 driven ATI could push a truck into the 10s NP but it will require a 3500-3800stall and some work since one one has done it yet and can give us tips. LOL

Yeah i guess its just gonna come down to who actually has a complete kit for the truck right now. Turbos are badass and so are superchargers but I think either one for now is a good choice thats why I need ya'lls help. Down here theres alot of trucks but not many are turbo'd or supercharged unless its a lightning or diesel. I know 03gmc is kinda close to me and has a radix and likes it.

...I don't think it's possible to have a daily driver running in the 10's with those choices only. Even Parish hasn't been able to duplicate his 10 second pass with a turbo and nitrous, and most of his passes have been in the 11 second range. With just the turbo I think he said he had ran like 11.8x, which is a little off of where you want to be. Keep in mind that this is his second 10 and 11 second truck, and he has been leading this performance "trend" for quite some time. He also has removed his air conditioner, and admitted to not driving this truck daily, which I'm also not sure you're willing to do. To run in the 10's in your truck, which is also only 2wd right?, its gonna take more than that. I would think your only options here to run in the 10's are gonna be either a custom turbo (not an STS) with a built shortblock at least, or the procharger with a built motor. (most likely a stroker) I would think you are going to need somewhere around 20psi or so, which unfortunately the radix is not capable of. I really like the radix myself, but I just don't think it can achieve the goals you've put forth. Now for the bad news....DRIVABILITY WILL BE AN ISSUE!

Yeah guess for now i just need to start slow and aim for the 12's with just turbo/supercharger and go from there-eventually i will have a beater car and my truck will be the focus.
