Those are damn good times for a stock extended cab. What MPH are you seeing with those times? Kent.

I'm sorry but those times are REALLY damn good for a stock Ext. Cab Silverado.

Your last post wasn't too clear. Did you say at one point you ran a mid 9 in the 1/8th with traction? And a 9.8 with NO traction? If so, thats basically a 14 second stock Ext. Cab Silverado.

I have the same exact truck. 2000 Silverado Ext. Cab with 3:42s....and have known others with the same....I am gonna have to call a bluff on this one.....

I am going to assume either your truck isn't stock, and you don't know it.....or you grabbed a wrong time slip....it does happen.......

No offense, but its really hard for me to believe. I'm in Texas, local track is HRP infact (very fast track) and have never experienced any weather that got me those times STOCK......

here it goes:

if you are stock with 3.42s then how can you run that high in 2nd gear? 92mph is above 6000rpm, stock rev limiter is something like 5600

Hey Guys, remember, some track's timing systems are not up to par with big tracks like HRP, Tx Motorplex, Gainesville etc. Some timers are tricky and usually they show high mph. I have only made 3 passes in my stock 5.3 reg cab, SB and it only went a best of 15.55@87mph with 3.42s and 31" tires. Regular cabs have got to be atleast 300-400lbs lighter then extended cabs. Thats 3 tenths. If he is going 15.teens on a REAL track then either (1)someone screwed up on the assembly line and put a 5.6 LS1 in it, (2)he has an intake, exhaust, tuning etc)or (3) <img border="0" alt="[bullshit]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_bs.gif" />
