Default TB and intake honestly....

Just lookin for a quick answer if makin this swap is even worth the money, mine: 5.3 bored to ls1 flat tops, 243's, stock truck intake and tb dbw. Wanted: if useful car intake for looks i know they dont do much if anything better than the truck intake, and a bigger mm tb. What have u guys done any pics and whats it worth besides looking nice, thanks guys

How hard is it to put a tbss intake on a '02 lq4 with dbc tb? I know there's a thread somewhere out there but can't find it, any help?

cmon, u cant jus say buy, if someone beats me to it by posting it up here thats ok, i just want the info and a real answer for why.....15hp more for the money or could i just spend it on a bigger tb for my truck intake if possible idk if bigger tb's will fit it.

any work done to the heads?

id stay dbw if youre already there. if you just want looks then go ls6 intake if you want, for looks and performance then go FAST 90/90 or 92/92/ or even 102 alot of options but cost is there for performance .

i can get that intake cheaper than what ebay has it for

if i were you try to shop around i just bough 1 complete for $100 , and a bare for $60 and payed $50 for the fuel rail and purge valve ! that guy on ebay is really cool thats were i bought the fuel rails and the bare many ! email him he will work with you ! no need for those injectors so let him know that ! and im my opinion well worth it , i just rezived my x-link today and planning in doing the swap on sunday, and a s far as the return style all you need is a ls1 vett fuel filter i'll try to find the link ! for ya !
