I think it;s worth it. Not that it will give you much power but colder air can't hurt.

Works ? - I have also not seen an dyno results.

Attach the end that goes to the radiator (now that you have taken it from the left side of the TB facing the truck) to the top of the engine where the right hose went to. There is enough to make it work.
So I can just pull the right hose off and attach the left hose to the motor?
I just did this mod with a butt splice and its leaking; I think its the splice 'cuz the hoses are dry and nothing seems to be coming out, but there is some coolant leaking off the splice.
