Does anybody know the current part # for the Trail Blazer torque converter.
Those that are using it, how does it perform and what kind of difference did it make- alot or a little?

24228709 will work on my truck. I'm not sure if this is a universal fit or not. PM Zippy, he can hook you up.

i think it's worth changing. and the price that gmpartsdirect is selling them for, i would say very economical as well.

I am looking into getting one, from what I have seen they produce a pretty large gain.

GM

Copy/paste didn't work well from gmpartsdirect.com but here's the total, shipped: $320.32. $100 core charge which you'll get back would make it $220.32 but you have to ship yours back. I'd figure $40 to ship it back for a total of $260. Or just go to your local Chevy dealer for $40 more...
