Default Taylor Thundervolt 50 plug wires tested

I just took delivery on a set and I wanted to see how much resistance they had. Tested all 8, avg of about 36 ohms, full range from 35-39ohms.

While I was at it I pulled a stock plug wire, that sum bitch pulled 945 ohms!

I had the Granatelli wires tested at Nelson performance on the dyno. here's the link.

These wires tested any where from 1.5 ohms to 4 ohms. I tested the stock wires and they ranged from 700 ohms to 900 ohms. But there wasn't any horsepower gains.

to be honest I just bought them on a whim, for a little bling factor I guess. Now I'm glad I did, even if just for that extra little measure, although there's nothing little about the difference between 35ohms and 950ohms

Are they prefabbed to fit or do you have to customize the length and ends?
Will add them to my list of items needed.

I have the Taylor 10/4's myself and they run better than the stockers by far... even with my colder plugs (TR6's)
