...or if you end up with a 99-00 LQ4 with the longer crank shaft (without the spacer adapter) you can get a TCI flexplate and install it backwards( 4l60e trans). There are alot of post on here about the longer crankshaft and people having issues of fitment. It took me two months to figure it out on how to get it to work, and about 5 different flexplates!

Can anyone explian to me the difference in Vin codes on these 6.0 engines? The 8th digit thing? Is there differences or does that just tell you what vehicle the engine came from?
