Default Differences between 2000 and 2006 5.3 Engine

I have a 2000 Silverado with a 5.3 liter engine. The engine is junk and I've located a 5.3 liter motor with 33,000 miles out of 2007 silverado. It is not the new style, but the 1999-2007 body style truck. I was planning on using the 2007 long block with my old injection, accessories, and exhaust. I was wondering if there were any differences to the long block that would make this swap difficult. I've heard that the crank sensor may be different, 24 tooth in mine compared to 58 in the 07, but was hoping that change only occured with the new body style. Are the blocks and head identical, are all the sensors mounted to the block the same? Is the flywheel different? If the crank sensor is different can I swap my old one in or do I need to change the gear on the crank? Thank you for any help you can give me!
