Yeah ALWAYS have a pal on hand to help. Installing long tubes is a PITA by yourself...even with your pal it's tough getting the bolt, gaskets, and headers all lined up!

Besides what if you cut yourself badly? Or need a second opinion on stuff? The extra mind and set of eyes is always a plus!

The Supermaxx headers slide in SO EASY a helping hand is NOT needed. Just take the inner fenderwell lining out like the instructions say and putting those suckers in is a BREEZE.

Whats the difference in these?

115-841300 1999-'04 4.8 / 5.3 GM Truck / SUV SuperMaxx Stainless header System $1294.99
115-841350 1999-'04 6.0 GM Truck / SUV SuperMaxx Stainless header System $1294.99

Will the 6.0L headers fit onto the 5.3L?

The 6.0L system I think has a different "Y"-pipe I think that's the difference. The 4.8L and 5.3L have a true y-pipe while the 6.0L has dual pipes all the way back to the muffler.(MOST 6.0L's)

that is correct....no difference otherwise right down to the directions. I had to call just to make sure I had the right kit.
