I had a Procharger on my '01 Camaro SS for a while. I've heard two things about the rattle.

One, its the internal transmission in the blower and it becomes less noticeable with smaller pulleys.

Two, its the idler pulley and in that case you just have to live with it. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Sad]" src="gr_sad.gif" />

Your truck sounds like it has a bad waterpump doesn't it. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Razz]" src="gr_tounge.gif" /> <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />

John

PS - have you talked to ATI tech about it and if so what did they say?

DOH!, GMC SKI beat me to it. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />

My fuel problems are fixed. My friend Scott made a custom cnc machined cylinder to fit where my stock regulator was. Then he installed an SX fuel regulator and some tweaking to my FMU. I now have 50psi of fuel at idle and 62psi before any boost. The truck runs great.

I have not put the truck on the dyno yet because my exhaust is not done. I guess the guys at spintech sent my order out a little late and the parts wont get here till friday.

The exhaust is going to start after the cats and eliminate the y pipe there will be an x pipe in its place (true dual exhaust) and 4 freeflow mufflers with custom 5" oval tips. I want the exhaust to sort of mimic the older corvette style, sort of sleeper I will have to post pics when done to really explain it, but I am losing the spare tire-

I am also working on a plastic intake tube that reroutes the K&N filter to the other side of the engine bay where the stock filter box was. I will experiment and see if the intake temps before the charger are cooler.

Thanks for all the help it sure is great to check your email and constantly recieve info, help and tips from people that have already been there.

I almost forgot... Yes my SC noise does sound like a broken Water pump. I have not talked to ATI yet about this, but that is because I hang up after waiting 6-9 minutes. Sometimes they take a while to get a hold of.

I guess I can live with the noise. A small sacrifice to pay for the ability to rip tire at 35 and 60-

Intake tube keep me posted on that one I too have been trying to figure something out.
the intake is in the worst spot above the engine
I've been playin around with the idea of a ram air hood give me some more room over the engine
Also talked to the guys at ATI and asked about the minimum size of the intake 3 1/2 inches is the smallest you wanna go with it anything, smaller and you'll choke the charger
So what other mods are you planning on doing?
I just got my yank 3000 stall put in the truck
What a diference it launches hard now
a little week until 1800 rpms though

XLR8NSS- Thanks I will-

GMC SKI- Thanks for the 3.5" size constaint I will be sure to take that into consideration. I was thinking about a 2" x 6" oval tube to get me to the stock filter box without getting to close to the engine. I will keep you posted with any findings or designs-
