Default Supercharged 8.1 Suburban - 407hp/557 ft-lb torque

I finally strapped the Suburban down to a dyno today and was rewarded with 407.2hp and 557.8 ft-lb torque. I think I might be able to find a littlle more horsepower with some more tuning. My goal was 400 rear wheel so I'm happy with today's numbers. The truck will be going to the track next week. The ET goal is low 14s but a 13.99 would be perfect!

Thanks guys!

It has the 8.1 motor with 4L85e transmission. Performance mods are - an intercooled Whipple supercharger making 7.5# of boost, Volant induction, TOG headers, Direct Hits ignition, custom programming and electric fans. The catback is stock - want this one to remain quiet.

Some of the non-horsepower mods are a Silverado HD hood, grill and bumper, Stage II HIDs on the high and low beams, a PIAA airdam with 40 series driving lights that have been upgraded to Stage II HIDS, Pioneer 7300 CD/DVD system with a 7" screen up front and 7" Alpine screens behind the front headrests, satellite radio, Microsoft X-Box, 22" wheels/tires and a few other things that I'm probably forgetting.

It's awesome to tow with! You wouldn't even know there is 10,000lbs hooked up back there.
