Mattrem, The IC came from Extreme Turbos ( 360 263 3748 ) MacADayear, the IAT's dropped About 30-35* at WOT and never got Above 145* after alot of wot runs. Before i've seen it go as high as 195. Normal driving 110-115* and this is At 85-90* outside.I'm also going to fab a scoop to catch more air and protect IC . That should make the IAT's drop.. quicksilverado, I just cut into existing tubing and no headers. Remember i'm only pushing 5psi and this truck is for towing and not racing Thats why i didn't go with the BigAss FMIC. So the IC works perfect for the application.

Not to be a ***** and ***** the thread somemore but My main concern with the whole Set up is exposure to road salt, i.e living in Upstate NY during the winter.

I obviously don't drive my Step side in the winter but was looking at the STS kit for my Z71 that I drive all year.

I have a hot water spicit at my house but somedays no matter what you do it's impossible to keep up with the amount of salt and sand they dump on the roads.

Noyzee I don't know what state your from so this may not apply to you?

Is the piping HPC coated stainless ?

Jerry, thanks alot! those pics are great. it looks like my exhaust will be ok, i will probably still be able to leave the tips on for visual effect. hehe
i live in mass, and this would be a big issue for myself as well. i plow with my truck to. but rust isnt my issue, its sucking in water ect. i would paint every thing and just keep up with it

my concern is this cone out in the open. Do they tend to get clogged/messed up easily?
