Default STS Denali 0-60 & 1/4 mile (G-Tech only)

9psi/Meth:
So it looks like for the 0-60 I'm averaging about 5.05 (best of 5.03, same road, just the opposite way).

9psi/Meth:
For the 1/4 mile it's showing an average of about 13.83 @ 105.7. I understand the MPH usually reads a bit high on the G-Techs?

5psi/no Meth:
I only got one run in so I'm not sure how accurate this is: 7.1x.

looks like we are closely matched:

my best 0-60 gtech is 5.1 with no traction, my computed 1/4 mile was high 13's low 14's, although a mid 14 is more likely

I would have guessed your times would be more like 13.2 @ 101MPH.Going to the track?

Xtreme thinks it's faster than their 13.7 4.8 regular cab truck. But without a stall on the stock trans, I'm pretty slow out of the hole (well, relative to when I'm on the boost, not like 5.0 to 60 is slow!)

Here is what I notice:

0-20mph or so is decent. After 20, 25mph it rockets me in the back seat and the rear end lowers about 3 inches. Front end seems to go up about 3 inches, like if I was being hit in the back by a Semi.

The 1st to 2nd shift goes somewhere from about 42mph to about 60mph until 2nd is actually engaged (yes, slipping like mad already). This has to be slowing me down quite a bit.

From around that 25mph mark, and when the boost is at full boil, the boost never, ever quits until I let off. It continues to keep you pressed back in the seat. The powerband is SOOOOO different than my 13.2 @105mph Lightning (it had 375hp/470tq). I think as soon as I NEED a new Trans and put a Stall in, this thing will be a new animal.

The strange part is, as slow as it feels to 20mph or so, it still manages a 5.0 0-60. That's how hard it hits from 20mph-60mph and beyond!!

I'm going to go to the REAL 1/4 mile track tomorrow (Friday 3/17) and get a couple runs in hopefully without frying the Trans! It may rain, so keep your fingers crossed...
