it comes with a new ECU? is this one tune-able or do you just kinda have to live with their tune?

No, some kind of piggyback system instead of a programmer like Radix and such.
Yes we will have to live with their tune unless they get a conscience about it and come up with some kind of LS1Edit type interface.
Still holding my breath for the kit, not for the advanced tuning.

It's ok bro... The base kits for GM are cheap but once you get the IC and other crap plus tuning you are in the $5k range already. Rick will tell ya.

Yeah, it just kinda caught us off guard. The $5k price for us does not include an IC or boost controller. Those items were quoted at ANOTHER $2k! $7k+ is reeeeely putting the screws on the ole wallet.
I will just go with the "basic" kit and work up from there. Still worried about blowing up my daily driver.

I hear ya mate

The IC can be fabbed up for much cheaper if you wanna do it yourself or have a local weldee put it together. that's whatmost of us did. I have spent about $700 or so on my IC. Then again my piping and clamps alone were $300... Damn

With low boost I wonder if you can just run a methanol kit which will also help out with your basic fuel system... I think I need to call Dave today...

Shop all the dealers, one of them has to give you a better deal.

Yea tell me about it, I'm looking at 43# injectors and fuel pump. If it's not one thing it's another.
