Default Strange steering noise?

I was making a left turn a few minutes ago and heard a really odd clunk noise from my VHO. I've never heard it before, anyone have an idea?

I don't think its the intermediate steering shaft, I had that happen in my other truck and it wasn't this like this is. My VHO has less than 2,000 miles...oh well

Was the clunk in the rear?Do you have a G80 locker rear end?

i have the G80, but it isn't the locker. This is coming from the front end, and it only seems to happen on left turns at slow speeds (less than 5 mph). It sounds like I am running over something.

You might want to check your lug nuts for torque @140ft#'s.I had a friend that had a clunk at low speeds with new rims that turned out to be loose nuts.Alot of tire installer tell you to retorque tires after 50 miles.

anyone has ck there tie rod ends? same thing on mine ,lifted one side of the front of the truck and tug the wheel back n fort it had excess play , well took it to the dealer
they said it was the inner tie rods .problem fix . people make the mistake of thinking since we have a rack & pinion that we only have outer tie rods but we have inners too! strange huh?
