Here is some info I have gathered on stock wheel weight. I used a digital bathroom scale, so the weight may be off a little, but all these were weighed with the same scale:
Chevy aluminum stock 16" wheels with 265x75x16s = ~56.5 #s
Chrome stock steel wheels 16" with 265x70x16s = ~61.5 #s
Chrome wheel by itself = ~33#s
Aluminum wheel by itself = ~23#s
(265x75x16 tire was ~34#s by itself)

crazy - 2 different tire types on the wheels. I don't know what the 265.70.16s weigh. The 34# tires are all terrain wranglers in size 265.75.16s. So I assume the other tires weigh near 29 to 30#s. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />
Intent of the post - Aluminum wheels weigh ~10#s lighter each!
FYI - I have a set of chromed aluminum 17x8 Sportmetal wheels with 265.70.17 Michelin cross terrain tires. They weigh 67.5#s.
