Default stock ls1 cam in a 00 5.3

I was wondering y'all have any opinions about installing a stock ls1 cam with
500/500 lift 205/214 duration. What would be the power increase and rpm range?

Dont mess with it not worth it in my opinion. The low lift is leaving alot of power on the table. What kind of truck and mods do you ahve? Do you want to use a stall?

I understand that the stock cam is kinda weak by comparison but what about changing the rocker arm ratio?

I've got a stock 98' LS1 cam (198/209-.500/.500-119.5) for sale in the classified section if your interested. $20+S&H
With the .500/.500 lift, you can still use the stock springs.

Somebody on here did a before & after with this cam and a nelson tune and gaind alot. Iknow for a fact it was over .5 in the 1/4. I'm 95% sure it was .7. They said it added throughout the rpm especially the top-end.
